There was an interesting article published late last year stating 70% of startups don’t have a Customer Experience Strategy. This is alarming because customer experience is what can make or break your business. Customer experience focuses on the relationship between a business and its customers.
This includes every interaction no matter how brief it is. It includes all stages of the customer journey-marketing materials they see before purchasing the product, the sales experience, the quality of the product or service, the post-purchase service like customer support etcetera.
Researched backed reports have shown that companies that started with a CX strategy performed better than their counterparts that didn’t.
