Erie Insurance experienced a system outage from 6/7/2025-6/27/2025. During the outage, payments were not able to be processed or automatically withdrawn (with the exception of Erie Family Life EFT payments). For any policyholders that had a payment scheduled or due during the outage, Erie Insurance has scheduled a double payment for the July installment to include the June installment. If you prefer not to have a double payment due or withdrawn in July, you have the option to make a manual payment with Erie Insurance directly by phone (1-800-458-0811) or online at erieinsurance.com. You may also make a payment at our agency via check or money order. Please be sure to make manual payments at least 10 business days prior to your next scheduled installment to avoid a double payment.
