Sometimes the inspection isn't totally smooth. I mean, sometimes things just run hot then cold…then colder… I'll see myself out, thanks.
(ps, for the infrared purists out there, yes, I know the image is not properly tuned, and that there are multiple materials with different emissivity settings. it's just for fun.)

Here is Exhibit A for exactly why I don't like these cage style dryer vent exit covers. This one is FULLY clogged with lint! Not only is it a fire hazard, it takes forever and a day for clothes to dry. The good news is that it's a very easy fix. Ideally switch to flap style covers, or at a minimum check the thing regularly and keep it clean. This concludes today's Laundry Safety PSA.
