Preferences, Requirements and Qualifications

Experience performing labor in a stockroom, warehouse or similar environment
Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately
Good communication skills
Ability to work at a pace required to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt to changes or modifications in the way work is done
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Must be conscientious and pay attention to detail
Availability to work required shifts and hours
Upon hire, it may be necessary to submit to a drug test and/or criminal background check
Upon hire, proof of identity and U.S. employment eligibility is required
Seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Packers needed for all shifts (fence manufacturing company)

- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
- Measure, weigh and count products and materials.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.

Position Description and Qualifications:

6 months of Order Picking Experience.

Candidates will be responsible for sorting used tires for the warehouse.
Repetitive work
Must be able to work weekends and over time if needed.
4 pm start time.
10-12 hour shifts.

Desired Experience:

6 Months warehouse experience.
Loading and Unloading experience.

REQUIREMENTS
• Customer service experience required
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities
• Evidence of a strong team mentality and reliability
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Evidence of enthusiasm and passion about accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Proficient use of spreadsheet and database software, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• If determined necessary by management and local laws, ability to drive a truck and trailer to tow vehicles and ability to pass Department of Transportation testing

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers to Tesla and create a warm greeting upon check in
• Answer first level delivery related questions
• Work with Sr. DES to validate, complete, and process customer documentsUnderstand when a customer situation is escalating and partner with management
• Receive vehicles from transporters
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain proper level of charge on delivery vehicles
• Escalate vehicle concerns as needed
• Control vehicle movement including queueing, handing over to service for rectification, charging, and more
• Maintain an organized lot and key management system
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
