This has been my 2nd workout session of the week for the last 3 months. It has a blend of power and strength with movements I thoroughly enjoy which keeps me motivated to hit the gym hard weekly.

Clean Complex x3 challenging sets
Back Squat x2 moderate sets of 6
Bent Over Back Row x2 hard sets of 8
Superset Leg extension + Dips x 2-3 sets
