We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in IT services and consulting, helping US enterprises and start-ups set up offshore software development teams. Additionally, we are a Microsoft solutions partner and license reseller. The content development and marketing strategy will be aligned with all the services we provide.

We are looking for a Hubspot trained Marketing Manager who is hands-on and has experience in content development for SEO, website, paid ads, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and running paid social ads on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and measuring clicks and conversion rates. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and handling the company's social media handles. Additionally, you will be responsible for coming up with new ideas and tools to showcase us as an industry leader and thought leader in IT services and consulting.

The successful candidate will ensure that the CTA (leads) are funneled through the leadgen forms into CRM, manage the paid Ad budget, and be a manager for a content developer who is based in India.

Requirements:

Hubspot certified
Hands-on experience in content development for SEO, website, paid ads, and email marketing
Experience in running paid social ads on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and measuring clicks and conversion rates
Experience managing and handling social media handles
Experience in managing a content developer/team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
