🔨 Progress Update from the Job Site – Park Ridge, IL

Stopped by the property today to check on the crew and things are moving along nicely.
The team is wrapping up the windows, the roofing is complete, and we’ve started prepping for siding installation, Gutters, downspouts, and fascia has been installed, and the new two-car detached garage is really starting to take shape.

Inside the home, the mechanical work is coming together as well:

• HVAC system and ductwork installed
• Electrical rough-in almost complete
• Plumbing finishing up before inspections

Once a few final items are wrapped up, we’ll be scheduling our first round of interior inspections.
Always great to see the progress when all the trades come together. Looking forward to sharing the next phase of this project soon.

Buffalo Grove Basement dig-out.

Project Update: The crawl space dig-out is in its final section of foundation work, which will be completed with a concrete pour in the next few days. From there, we’ll move into, interior drain system. Flat work, new windows and framing as we wrap things up to get started on the finishing phase of the project. Back out here in Buffalo Grove today checking on the progress of the basement dig-out on this existing home.
The crew has been moving along smoothly — soil removal is underway, shoring is in place, and we're continuing to carve out the new basement space that will eventually provide the homeowner with additional living area and storage.
