Every dollar you donate helps us distribute 3 servings of protein for those who don't know where their next meal may be coming from.

HRN HIGHLIGHTS
Donated over 5 million pounds of food to more than 90 organizations across Chicagoland.
Rescued tens of thousands of pounds of produce, day-old bakery goods and the like that would have ended up in landfills or composts.

Distributed over 41,000 nutritionally designed meals and hundreds of personal care packs to needy students.
Assisted seniors to access food from local food pantries.

Every Spring and Fall through our Poultry to Pantries Delivery Day we donate 120,000+ pounds (over 240,000 lbs/year) of nutritious protein to organizations across the Chicagoland.

What an incredible afternoon at the 2026 Hunger Hero Luncheon!

From meaningful conversations and inspiring stories to coming together around a shared mission, we’re grateful to everyone who joined us in support of Hunger Resource Network and the work being done to alleviate hunger across Chicagoland.

Because of this community, funds raised through the Hunger Hero Luncheon will help provide more than 200,000 servings of chicken to individuals and families facing food insecurity.
