I have been using Nielsen Concierge services for several years for both rides to the airport and dog sitting. Jon Nielsen is wonderful. He is so helpful and 100% reliable and trustworthy. Knowing that my ride to/from the airport will be timely and stress-free, and that my dog will be in the best possible care while I am away, makes traveling so much better. My dog adores Jon.
