KC Downer is an accomplished Construction Manager & Business Development representative with over 18 years experience in facility management, design-build, general contracting and sales. He has sold and managed multi-million dollar portfolios across 13 states while focusing on operational and process improvement, streamlining project delivery and driving cost savings.

KC has considerable experience working in-house as a corporate construction manager and specializes in delivering diverse construction projects across sectors including cannabis, retail, commercial, light industrial, multi-tenant office and manufacturing.

Based in the Chicago area, KC offers expertise in the full lifecycle of construction projects, specializing in matching developers and owners with general contractors for comprehensive project management. He is dedicated to making continuous recommendations to ensure a smooth project construction process from initial contact through close-out and transition to operations teams.
