We want to take this time to thank every single employee at Epic Burger. You all work so hard every day and it doesn’t go unnoticed. We’d also like to highlight the top performers of 2025: Miguel - Manager of the Year (back to back years) and his store Northbrook also won store of the year! Impressive stuff coming out of Northbrook! Christian and the team at North Ave won the highest sales in the company award (back to back years). Isabel from Barrington and Jonathan from State St both won Rookie of the Year - welcome to the team and thank you for the quick positive impact you have made. Arthur and the Team at Lake Bluff won Most Improved Store! We are looking forward to more great things from the team at Lake Bluff. Isidro at the Naperville location won the C.H.A.M.P. Award for showing his dedication to Community, Hospitality, Authenticity, Mindfulness and Passion. Jose at our Pearson location won the MVP Award. Just throw up the “Jose” signal and he comes running….and SMILING!! And last but not least….thank you to our guests who make this all possible for us. Without you we’d just be a grill.
