That’s how I’m feeling today! Back in the studio and ready to reconnect with all of you 🥰.
Yes it’s a little scary because we started and stopped a few times. This moment is too precious to waste on worrying. So today instead of running I decided to roar 🦁...
“We are open and we are ready for YOU💛”
We begin our class with a "check-in". Each child goes around and says their name, how they feel and answers the mystery question. Last Thursday’s class the mystery question was what is your favorite song. One of our little Yogis broke out in song and it was contagious-in a good way!
