We’ve been a little quiet over here … but we never stopped showing up. πŸ’ͺ

And we’ve got the renegade rows to prove it.

In one exercise you’re hitting your back, core, arms, and stability. It looks smooth when these ladies do it. (Spoiler: it is not easy.) But that’s exactly why we do it.

This is what 6 a.m. looks like at Lake Accotink. πŸŒ…

The playground hits different (but just as fun!) when you're a grown woman doing pistol squats on a web of ropes at 6 a.m. πŸ˜‚

This morning the crew took over the playground and made every piece of equipment work for them:

πŸ•Έ Rope web: pistol squats + inverted rows
πŸ’ͺ Inverted push-ups
βš–οΈ Balance beam - why not!?
πŸ‘Ÿ Step ups

No gym. No machines. Just a playground, a great group of women, and zero shame about having the most fun on the equipment. Oh, and we got a rainbow this morning. I'm just saying. 🌈

This is what 6 a.m. looks like. We love it here.

Burpees. Nobody's asking for them. Everyone's better for them. πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ

A year ago some of these women had never done a burpee. Now look at them.

That's not just fitness - that's consistency, grit, and showing up on the mornings when it would have been so easy not to. The hard work is always worth it.

One year ago, I showed up at Lake Accotink at 6 a.m. and hoped a few women would too. πŸ’ͺ

You did. And you kept showing up.

230 workouts. 172 hours of work. Countless reps, early alarms, cold mornings, humid heat, and more than a few rainy mornings, too. This group has become something I didn't fully anticipate when it started - a real community of women who push each other, show up for each other, and prove every single week that strength isn't just something you build in a workout.

To every woman who has been part of StrongHER Training this year - whether you've been here since day one or just recently joined us - thank you. You are why this exists.

Year Two starts now. πŸŒ…

Morning light, fresh air, and a group of women showing up for themselves. πŸ’›

Grateful for this crew and the energy they brought to our first day of Outdoor Boot Camp this year at Lake Accotink. 🌿 This is going to be a good season.

If you've been curious about joining us, come check it out sometime.

Nothing like hitting record to keep them holding πŸ˜‰πŸ’₯ This is what showing up and getting stronger together looks like.

πŸ’ͺ "The best decision I made for myself ..."

"I started boot camp because I wanted to show my girls what strong bodies look like. I started it for me ... but everyone gets a better version of me." πŸ’›

This is Amber Pereira. Mom of three. 8 months postpartum when she joined Boot Camp in April 2025.

She was tired. Her back hurt. She couldn't do a single push-up. But she saw our 6 a.m. offering and something clicked - this could work for her life, her family, her schedule.

So she showed up. Day after day at 6 a.m., while her family slept, she chose herself.

And here's what happened:

She got stronger. 50+ pounds lighter. 12+ inches gone. Back pain? Gone. She can plank for 2 minutes now. Do push-ups on her toes. Carry her 5-year-old around all day just because she can.

But that's not even the best part.

"When I go home in the mornings, I'm much more put together. I'm much more capable. Everyone gets a better version of me - a healthier version. I'm setting good examples."

At 39, she says she's in better shape than her early 20s.

πŸ‘‰ Here's what I want you to hear: Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary. When you're strong, everyone around you benefits. Your kids see it. Your partner feels it. YOU feel it.

Amber didn't know if she could do this. She was nervous. But she jumped in anyway.

You're capable of this too. You deserve to feel strong, energized, and proud of what your body can do.

6 a.m. Mon-Fri | Women-only | All levels welcome - start exactly where you are.

Ready to show up for yourself? Let's do this together. πŸ’ͺ

Ever wondered what we do at 6 a.m. …

This. πŸ‘‡

Compound lifts.
Core stability.
Time under tension.
Consistency.

Show up.
Do the work.
Get stronger.

If the photos are blurry, it means these ladies were hustling. πŸ’ͺ Pushing through Tabata and giving it everything they had.

That's what this space is about - strong bodies, sweaty smiles and women supporting each other through every rep.

Didn't even catch the final pose when everyone earned a well-deserved collapse on their mats πŸ˜‚

So proud of this crew. πŸ’›
