This is the premise of taking that next step. Doing that new thing. Starting something. Going for it. So many of us are afraid to take that step and yet that's all you'll have to do. Just decide. There will never be a perfect time for anything. You just have to take that step. You'll learn on the way. You'll see it wasn't that bad. You'll be in the midst of it and realize "hey I can do this". It's the thoughts about taking action the unrealistic scenarios we create about how it will unfold in our own heads that keeps us from doing it. Stop daydreaming about it and get to doing it. You'll be alright I promise and it will likely play out better than you ever could have imagined. If you're thinking about doing it just do it. Don't wait just do it. You'll be so happy you did! Life rewards those who take action. Get off the sidelines and get in the game. Life is meant to be played not thought about.

If we want to break the mold and grow, we have to be open to new and foreign ideas.

When we’re feeling stuck, we must be aware enough to take a step back and reassess the problem at hand and how we’re approaching it.

Sometimes, it can even help to ask for a 3rd party perspective. Similarly, asking others for help in general is always a valid option.

Having a closed mind is the quickest way towards stagnation. Instead, take the leap and try something new. Who knows, you might enjoy it!
