Rolling right into the new month, we are continuing Happy Sauna Hour every Monday and Thursday from 12:00-3:00 for only $12.00!

Let us help keep your body feeling it's best this summer.

Whether you use the sauna and acupuncture sessions together or separate, either way is a great start to keeping you going strong all summer long!

Whew! Where did the month of May go?! We are continuing our Happy Sauna Hour on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:00-3:00 into the month of June.

We are looking forward to seeing you soon! Let's get ready for the summer time heat!
