Schultz Septic is looking to add hardworking excavation crew members to our team.
We're a family-owned septic and excavation company and we're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and isn't afraid to get dirty.

This isn't a desk job and it isn't the same thing every day. Some days you're running equipment, some days you're on the shovel, some days you're helping install a system start to finish. If you like variety and don't mind physical work outdoors, this is a good fit.

A CDL is a plus, but it's not a dealbreaker. We're more interested in the right attitude than a perfect resume.
