Hi All,

*Sacto. County (where we're located), has EXTENDED its quarantine, until at least 22 May 2020.

Please stay safe, get some exercise (we're allowed to go outside and exercise, ... and walk the dog, 20 times per day :D ), and we'll be ramping up training, in a couple of weeks!

Our most influential individual, however, was Dr. Stanislav Holodkov, Soke.

*Dr. Holodkov is a Soke (founder of his own incarnation of a martial art), having founded Combat Karate ,International.

*Dr. Holodkov was a practitioner of Fudokan Karate, and studied directly under Dr. Illiya Jorga, of Serbia.

*Dr. Holodkov was a Soviet SPETSNAZ officer, having served in Afghanistan ,during the USSR's time in that theater.

*Dr. Holodkov was Kyrgyzstan's first SPETSNAZ commander.

*Dr. Holodkov immigrated to the United States, in the early 2000s, eventually settling in Sacramento, CA.

Dr. Holodkov trained several dozens of students, during his time in Sacramento, CA.

He is now residing in the SEATAC are of Washington State, with his wife, son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
