For the “wire guys” out there - attached is XLO’s XLR retailing for $1,399 USD and marked down to $559 at Parts Connexion. To the right is our factory XLR wires - they are built using Cardas terminations, Cardas silver solder, stranded silver in cotton with a poly jacket and sleeved in your choice of sleeve. I like this one personally and call it the Copperhead. The first pair (other then my own) will be going to a very loyal client who has purchased 5 amps in the last year as a free gift (in addition to a bunch of other goodies) with purchase for his latest NC500 amp! So SURPRISE and thank you so much for your continued support!

Anyway while I think 1,400 is absurd for XLRs, but there is a market for it and the value is dictated by the buyer. That being said, our first generation is using better material, parts, and handmade and tested prior to shipping. The parts used are all expensive and it does take time to make them correctly. That being said, what would be very fair price for those that enjoy fancy cabling?

The next set will be our “No Holds Barred” design and the wire will be perled Duelund silver wiring - possibly their flat series or even going to a jeweler myself for a mix of silver and gold wiring to try out!
