Quick post. Some A-10 love.

The Liberty Bell. While up in Philadelphia we stopped to see this. It’s crazy how much of this countrys history we have gone to see.

While at the Henry Ford Museum we spotted an Akron born company. Roadway was started on Akron and became one of the biggest trucking companies in the country. When they were bought out by Yellow, they had zero debt. It wasn’t terribly a long time later Yellow went bankrupt by successfully running their company into the ground.

Kansas City and Western Auto. Some BNSF train plys the rails below the iconic sign. I was lucky to get this picture as light was starting to fade and I think a storm was rolling in. November 2020.

Walking around Boston Massachusetts and I found a police station.

This needs to be yours Crooked River Overland lol. Just something I saw one day.

Working with Crooked River Overland here is a Police Jeep we saw while at the Pigeon Forge Tennessee Jeep Fest in 2022.

While driving (in horrible traffic) up to Boston, I was in New York City and I drove over the George Washington Bridge. It was a different experience driving through NYC on the outskirts and on it’s highways.

In September of 2024 a group of Soldiers were given VIP treatment and got up close and personal with Big Boy UP 4014. Here they are admiring it. I found out last minute while working somewhere up in Chicagoland that this thing would be on display in the old Global 3 intermodal yard and decided to drive there to see it. I got in early and got my pics leaving satisfied I went to Rochelle afterwards.

In 2022 at Christmas time I went and stayed in New Orleans. While on a ride on a street car I saw how cold it was outside. The fountain froze solid. I also attribute the cold as a reason my car didn’t get broken into.
