August is still a few weeks away but today School is in Session! ✏️

It's been a second since I've dropped a case study and this one I was excited to write about. It's important to me that my community be educated on what buyers are experiencing in our market and this one is a great example of sticking to your guns, and setting your sights on what matters most! In order to get to the closing table we had to overcome....

🍎A sour past experience with another home and agent.
🍎I was interviewed along with a few other agents and was selected. ( I was beyond honored!)
🍎17 homes toured.
🍎Only 2 offers written, lost in multiples, then won the next!
🍎Offer was written & accepted while I was on a cruise ship in International Waters.
🍎Buyers stuck to their guns and were able to still have inspections and use an OHFA Down-payment assistance to help offset cost.

Congratulations again to my newest friends and happy owners of this adorable ranch! I can't thank them enough for taking a chance and trusting that I would represent them in their purchase. I take my job very seriously, and correcting the mistakes and shortcomings of others is a challenge I will do if it's in my power.

Brieanna joined the team this summer and serves Cuyahoga Falls, Uniontown, and Hartville. She's a mom of two (Kai and Summer), a plant person, a baker, and... our 𝒻𝒶𝓋𝑜𝓇𝒾𝓉𝑒 fun fact... she makes stained glass art. 🪴✨

When she's not with clients, you'll find her hiking or hanging out in the backyard with her kids and their chickens.
