Do you want to maximize your gains?

Obviously I’m not telling you to down bags of sugar.

Obviously whole wheat, high fiber is the way to go.

But a donut here or there never killed anyone. Don’t be afraid to carb it up sometimes.

There is no point of being scared of carbs. You can lose weight and fuel your workouts consuming them.
