As an establishment who has taken extra efforts to make our attractions special needs accessible, formed partnerships with other local businesses to address dietary needs for our parties including being able to obtain sugar-free, vegan, or celiac-friendly cake, getting a 1-star review on Google because we wouldn't allow someone to bring in a McDonald's cheeseburger for their 1 year old and them claiming it as an ADA issue, is ridiculous.

We maintained professionalism while being given extreme attitude and offered alternatives. She could have even gone outside but instead wants to shut us down. Our cameras, which we have many, show the truth and will back us up. The party had a great time and the mom of the birthday girl even stated such.

We also have it on our cameras where they fed the burger to the child, and also ate McDonald's themselves, in our facility anyway.

For those of you that know us, you know that we will go out of our way to accommodate individuals, but not at the detriment of our business. The no outside food or drink policy is standard in our industry when you are also serving food. We allow cakes/cupcakes at no charge, but no other food or drinks. Our charge for bringing in outside food is only $25, half the price of other venues in the area. Our snack bar has way more than just candy and soda.
