Today begins week 3 of the 100 Days of WOW Challenge. This week’s topic is time.
Over the years, time has made itself known and nudged me to pay attention.
April 2022 marks 11 years since the passing of my younger cousin Steven. His death was the first around my age (he was 25) and taught me to NEVER complain or take for granted aging. It was a powerful shift/lesson in my aging experiences. Once minor annoyances became insignificant (a laugh line, first grey facial hair, creaky knees). Complaining about the gift of living seemed like an insult to my loved ones no longer here.
If we live long enough, we’ll experience loss. Loss comes in many forms. What I’ve come to know for sure is every life and experience has meaning and worth. Even after a person has passed, they will leave us lessons if we look within, beyond the grief.
What is a powerful life lesson loss has taught you? Comment or DM me to share your experience.

Helen Keller made remarkable strides in her life. When asked if she desired her sight more than anything in the world, she responded with a "no, no, I would rather walk with a friend in the dark than alone in the light."
So much of our journeys, especially Spiritual/Personal development, can be done "alone in the light." I've been on a spiritual path all my life but consciously for the past 17 years. I've walked the path alone, with the beliefs I must heal on my own, not to burden others, I can do it myself. The truth is, we can't do it by ourselves; I can't do it myself. Humans are wired for connection. We need one another to advance life.
Walking alone is beneficial at times for reflection and recharging. But don't walk too far; sharing our humanness through vulnerabilities and connection will elevate us to the highest good for all.
Spring forward 🌷 choose a walking buddy and schedule a walk. Who is your walking buddy? 🚶🏻🚶🏼♀️ Comment or tag them below with
