Our crews have made significant progress restoring service following Saturday's severe storms, and we're thankful to share that the majority of affected subscribers are back online.
Today, our fiber technicians are continuing repairs on several sections of damaged fiber infrastructure caused by the storm. As electric crews replace damaged poles, our teams are working directly behind them to reconnect and splice fiber lines.
Once these repairs are complete, most remaining fiber outages within our control are expected to be restored. Any remaining outages will depend on commercial power being restored to those areas.
We know it's frustrating to be without service, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while our crews continue working safely and efficiently to restore everyone as quickly as possible.

Our crews are continuing to work towards restoring services. We currently have 75% of affected subscribers back online. Thank you all for hanging in there!

TV services have been restored. Our crews are still on site working to restore services for everyone. Thank you to everyone for understanding!

10:30 a.m. Outage Update:
Our fiber techs along with OEC line workers are continuing to work towards restoring services.
I-35 is back open after repairs due to down lines.

7:00 a.m. Outage Update:
A significant number of fiber subscribers are still without fiber services. OEC is also experiencing power outages across our service territory. Our OEC electric and fiber line workers have worked through the night to repair damage and will continue working until all services are restored.

We are currently experiencing fiber outages due to current storms. Our team is on-site and working quickly and safely to restore service as soon as possible. Subscribers will gradually come back online as we make repairs.
