OOF 😥 If you want to talk about trauma and how it lives in our bodies… this is the book for you.. but be warned. Check your triggers because this author does NOT hold back on the details.

🦇✨ Book Review ✨🦇
A Vampire Queen’s Search by Sabrina A. Fish

The first book in the Children of Hades trilogy and WOW — what a ride! This unique twist on vampire romance was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. 🖤 Sabrina (an indie author right here from Oklahoma!) brings vivid worldbuilding, gorgeous romance, and plenty of spice 🌶️ to keep the pages turning.

If you love vampires, romance, and a fresh take on classic lore… add this to your TBR ASAP! 📚💋

✨ Book Review ✨
Her Soul for a Crown by Alysha Rameera

This book swept me away into the world of Anula — a lush blend of history and magic with characters that truly grow on the page. It’s addictive, beautifully written, and full of gripping twists. If you love immersive fantasy with heart and depth, this one is worth adding to your TBR! 💜📚✨

📚✨ Currently Reading: Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones ✨📚

One of the most magical parts of reading is that stories have no age limit. I’m reading this one aloud with my two girls (both in 4th grade), and it’s been such a joy to experience the world of Sophie, Howl, and Calcifer together.

💡 A reminder: kids are never “too old” to be read to. Sharing stories out loud helps build imagination, connection, and memories that last far beyond the final page.

Have you read Howl’s Moving Castle (or watched the Studio Ghibli film)? Would love to hear your favorite moment or character! 💭

This dark and beautifully written story pulled me in with its strong characters, fast pace, and gritty atmosphere 🦇✨ I only wish it had been longer so I could spend more time with the characters.
