REFUND POLICY

1. **Service Fee**: All payments for service requests are non-refundable once the process serving or investigation has commenced.

2. **Cancellation**: If cancellation occurs after assignment but before the first attempt, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. **Unserved Documents**: No refund will be given if service cannot occur due to incorrect information provided by the client.

4. **Compliance and Limitations**: We ensure compliance with legal requirements, but cannot guarantee acceptance of served documents by the recipient, which does not warrant a refund.

5. **Additional Charges**: If additional services are required beyond the initial agreement, they must be paid for separately and are also non-refundable.

This policy is designed to cover operational costs and ensure the continuation of efficient service.
