Wow Wednesday!
This patient had a large basal cell carcinoma on the left chin that we removed with Mohs surgery. We were able to use a double rotation flap to close the defect (figure 3) with amazing results shown in figure 4.

Flap Friday!
Here is another great example. This patient was gracious enough to allow the photos to be shared of this excellent result. This tumor was just above the eyebrow. Any repair on the forehead must prioritize the eyebrow position in the closure. We advanced the forehead skin from the lateral aspect of the wound, allowing for eyebrow position to remain unchanged, and the scar is imperceptible in a few months as shown in Figure 4.
