Illinois State University - Redbird Card Office

Updated per most recent communication.

Per the University closure, the Redbird Card Office will close at 12 PM (noon) today and plan to re-open tomorrow (1/23/24) at 12:00 PM (noon). Stay safe Redbirds!

A few notes/reminders for the start of the semester:
- We are planning to be open this weekend:
- 10 am - 2 pm both Sunday (1/14) and Monday (1/15)
- Updates to those hours can be found at http://redbirdcard.illinoisstate.edu/contact.
- If you have recently registered for Spring 2024 classes it may take a few days for your card to begin working for the Connect Transit buses.
- We will start our normal semester hours (M-F 8:30-5) on Tuesday 1/16/24.

Redbird Card | Illinois State The Redbird Card Office creates all Illinois State University student, faculty/staff, extra-help, and other miscellaneous ID cards. The Redbird Card Office receives deposits for the Redbird Account, monitors the card system, and is responsible for the accounting of the Redbird Account.

ATTENTION: Due to system maintenance we will be unable to print any Redbird Cards (initial or replacement) from 1 PM today (10/13/23) until maintenance is complete.
