Some days it’s important to just sit and remember your friends.

Heavenly Father, we lift up our youth team who left on July 5 and will return on July 11 from Kentucky. Bless their hands and hearts as they work to make homes drier and safer for families in need. Protect them from harm, give them wisdom, patience, and skill, and let their service bring comfort, dignity, and hope to those they serve. Fill them with Your peace and bring them home safely. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Why go to church? Grow closer to God, build real friendships, and worship together — even if you can’t sing! Come for the community. Stay for the joy. We’ll save a seat for you. (No cats were forced to sing in the making of this post.)
