Bloomington/Normal Japanese Saturday School We have been working in the education of students from both Japanese and local families to study Japanese language and cultures. Contact us for the beginners' classes to more advanced classes.

岩手県盛岡市から当地訪問中の伝統工芸品「南部鉄器」製造職人の八重樫亮様（株・岩鋳）に半日時間を割いていただき本校を訪問して、生徒・保護者に南部鉄瓶などの歴史・製造方法などについて説明していただくことができました。非常に興味深いお話しや鋳型への文様の刻み方の体験など、生徒たちは大変貴重な経験をすることができました。
