Chef's Feature: Cioppino

P.E.I. mussels, bay scallops, cod, little neck clams, and shrimp simmered in a white wine lobster broth with tomato, garlic, and fennel. Finished with fresh chive and a grilled lemon, served alongside herb garlic bread for soaking up every last bit of broth.

Pork cutlet brined in pickle beer, breaded, and fried, resting on house-made spaetzle, green cabbage and a bright lemon caper sauce, then crowned with a chile-fried egg for a little heat and richness. Sweet pickled red cabbage cuts through it all.
