Meet our new Drummer!

Daniel Janes is a lifelong musician who has spent more than two decades behind the drum kit. Known for his instinctive feel and dynamic playing style, Daniel approaches drumming as a conversation; listening closely to the band and helping the music move and breathe naturally. Influenced by a wide range of artists and genres, he enjoys building rhythms that support the song while adding groove, energy, and character to every performance. For Daniel, music is a universal language and one of the most powerful ways people connect, and he’s grateful for every chance to share that experience on stage.

Everyone welcome our new bass player Jason Schaut! Jason grew up in Green Bay, WI but has lived in Central Illinois for 20 years. He's been in bands in one form or another since high school, but is a relative new-comer to the Blo-No music scene. You can still catch him playing with locals Blue Iris, as well as with friends & family. He's been married for 32 years and has 2 grown children.
