Operational Test and Evaluation Force proudly congratulates CDR Lisa Gordon on her retirement after 26 years of faithful and dedicated Naval service.

Her retirement ceremony was held at the MacArthur Memorial Center in Norfolk, Virginia, surrounded by shipmates, family, and friends who came together to celebrate an incredible career of leadership, service, and commitment to the Navy and the nation.

As we sail into 2026, the Operational Test and Evaluation Force is focused on the future of naval warfare.

This year, our team is poised to test and validate the next generation of capabilities for the Fleet. Our goal is to provide our warfighters with the most advanced and reliable systems, ensuring they are ready for any challenge.
