“When I found Bekah, I was 9 months postpartum with my first baby. My body had taken a beating during pregnancy and I was feeling really discouraged about starting a workout routine. Finding the time and energy with a baby is tough work, and I wasn't sure exactly how or what I would be able to commit to. Bekah made those worries instantly fade away. We found a time that I felt I could set aside a few times a week, all while encouraging me to listen to my body on days where I couldn't muster up the strength.
