Just a reminder to anyone that is turning 65 this year it is a good idea to make your decision early whether you are going to take Social Security and/or Medicare Part A and/or B the month you turn 65. It is important to start this process 3 months ahead of your month of birth due to slow processing times due to Covid and lack of workers. It has been taking up to 2 months for clients to receive their Medicare cards so they can then choose their options for a drug plan and supplement before they turn 65. If you were born on the 1st of the month you are eligible for Medicare the 1st of the previous month.
