Lajuane “Lj” Lindo is the CEO of Huudi Apparel, a brand he launched in the summer of 2023. After a year of hesitation, he finally committed to the idea and began researching how to bring it to life. He wanted a name that was simple yet meaningful, eventually landing on “Hudi,” an Arabic word meaning “one who chooses the right path.” Partnering with his best friend, they modified it to “HUUDI” to represent their shared vision. Despite early challenges, their dedication and the support of others led to a sold-out first drop, fueling the brand’s growth. Lj encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to embrace failure as a learning experience and always pursue their goals with passion.
