Evoke Design+Build

This project has been a long time in the making—from design to permitting to the final build 🛠—and we’re incredibly grateful that it became our first full addition build. What was once a makeshift enclosed porch was completely demo'd and rebuilt larger, transforming the space into a full bathroom with a new entry hall that seamlessly connects to the home. We extended the home’s iconic black-and-white checkered tile into the new space, added heated floors in the bathroom, installed a fully tiled marble soaker tub/shower, and layered in thoughtful storage & lighting details throughout to create a space that feels intentional, timeless, and truly special. ✨

One of our 2025 full deck build's. 🛠 We kept the same footprint, rebuilt the framing, installed TimberTech PVC decking in Brownstone, and finished it off with crisp white vinyl railings for a refreshed, low-maintenance outdoor space built to last for years to come! ✨
