One of the ways that I use my Bright Side Journal is by starting each journal entry with:

The Bright Side of (Insert something here that could be viewed as negative) is: (write something positive here.... a lesson learned maybe)

Here's another example: The Bright Side of me leaving work late with my babies and getting soaked in the rain is, once I was soaked, I was able to let the kids have fun by jumping in puddles. We spent time together, they loved making a wet mess and it made them happy. We laughed on the way home, showered and jumped in our pj's early, played silly bedtime games and got some good rest!

Last Friday, I tied a Mother and Daughter together in a tying ceremony. One of the most beautiful experiences ever. Tying ceremonies are short, private sessions where we reconnect you to the creator that you are. Yes, we grace your waist with a beautiful strand of sacred beads but, more importantly, we affirm your greatness. We begin to heal through remembering who we are, setting intentions and re-aligning with our purpose. Give yourself 30 minutes. 💕
