Another year of volunteering at the Mayflower Marathon, a food and funds drive, in support of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore! We had a crew in Suffolk this morning and a crew in Virginia Beach tonight. Such a good time for a great cause!

Lots of fun and games had tonight as we gathered to thank our business partners for sponsoring our chapter this year. We’re so thankful for their support!

Dean Browell, Chief Behavioral Officer for Feedback, delivered the best crash course in surviving and thriving in a cross-generational office at our annual Law Firm/Office Appreciation Luncheon. Plus, he challenged us to think about life stages over generations. Today’s event had us learning and laughing together - and - appreciating the support of our chapter’s top sponsor this year, TowneBank.

A few of us were glad to spend time today at the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore in preparation for this year's Legal Food Frenzy (LFF). The friendly competition for law offices statewide collects food and funds in support of Virginia's food banks. LFF runs April 14th-April 25th.
