To our amazing Piccolo people,

After a lot of thought and many difficult conversations, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close our dining room and focus exclusively on takeout and catering.

From the very beginning, we’ve believed that great food is only part of what makes a restaurant special. The experience, the atmosphere, and the level of service we provide have always been just as important to us. Since our accident, we’ve worked incredibly hard to get back on our feet, but we’ve also recognized that we haven’t been able to deliver the experience we’ve always prided ourselves on.

Rather than continue to fall short of the standards we’ve set for ourselves, we’re choosing to take this time to refocus, reevaluate our concept, and make sure that every decision we make is moving Piccolo in the right direction.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but we truly believe it’s the right one.

Our kitchen isn’t going anywhere! We’ll continue serving the food you love through takeout and catering, (and even delivery is in the works) and we hope you’ll continue to support us during this next chapter.

We are hopeful that our dining room will reopen in the future. Until then, we ask for your patience, understanding, and grace as we do the work necessary to build an even better Piccolo.
