Cook's Nitro Market

It breaks my heart that we have to close but With the economy like it is we can not compete with the big box stores. There are many reasons why it has come to this. There is no "one" person or thing to blame. After being open for about a month the POS register system had to be replaced at a cost of 30,000.00. Before I even opened we had to update the fire alarm system 20,000.00 there. So yes we ran out of money. We did our best to try and survive but it has become unrealistic to keep going.
Everything is on sale 30% off excluding fresh meat, milk produce and bread because we are going to keep bringing those in fresh until the end. Alcohol and to***co can not be discounted because of law.
Again I am very sorry it had to come to this. I truly enjoyed serving the citizens of Nitro and hope that they may keep on thriving.

Ok guys I am just flabbergasted at how good our meat department has started to come together this week. With a lot of help from Dillon Flint, these guys have shown me what they are capable of. Nate and Vic thank you for your willingness to learn and help us grow together.
