Just like anything Flexx & Flahive’s does, this workout will be fun & at your level! Our coaches will be there to adjust and scale these exercises to make it fun & challenging (never impossible) for all!

Couldn’t be more proud of our guy Dylan Gilbert!!
Yesterday Dylan was honored at the White Sox game along with 9 other Chicago Olympians!
Dylan is the definition of what it means to be Flahive Strong. His work ethic and drive to be the greatest bobsledder there ever was is unmatched. No one can outwork this guy.
He is an inspiration to us all and we can’t wait to see him dominate the next Olympics! 😤💪
