I debated back and forth on whether to use the word believe or know. To know something you have facts to back up your belief. Sometimes you won’t have evidence to show yourself as to why you have worth. Because it’s not based on anything you do, say. Your worth is always there. And won’t change. To believe, is more like faith. You have to work on it everyday to believe. You have to actively work on not comparing yourself to others.
