I’m excited about the progress on my bill that would incentivize pharmaceutical & biomedical innovation in PA simply by modernizing our licensing requirements, as 41 other states already have done. If we want to continue making PA a home state for the companies behind these innovations -- and all the economic benefits that come along when they choose to locate their HQ here -- we need to smooth out this regulatory hurdle soon. Judging by the nearly unanimous vote on my bill by the House Health Committee, lawmakers on both sides of the aisle agree.
