You have a legal duty to refuse to carry out criminal military orders and you have a moral duty to sabotage military equipment being used to carry out criminal military orders.

250 years ago today, on March 17, 1776, Massachusetts gained de facto independence as the Americans successfully won the 11 month Siege of Boston and ended British military occupation of the town. The British withdrawal is marked as "Evacuation Day." Following the previous April's events at Lexington & Concord, New England militiamen from across the region laid siege to British forces and their Loyalist allies inside the provincial capital and were joined by troops from the rest of the future United States of America, eventually led by General George Washington. Nearly a year later, the arrival of heavy artillery captured from Fort Ticonderoga and fortified on Dorchester Heights (the location of this video) finally ended the ability of the British to receive further supplies or reinforcements by sea, and they departed, without destroying the town. Fighting continued for 5 more years elsewhere, but Massachusetts was free!

The federal government's arrest of journalist Don Lemon for his reporting on protests against ICE is a deeply alarming attack on the constitutional right to freedom of the press, enshrined in the First Amendment. An activist press with publication of criticism of government policy was one of the foundations of the birth of the United States in the 1770s.

Judge in Minnesota says ICE has violated nearly 100 court orders 01/29/2026

A George W. Bush-appointed federal judge in Minnesota wrote today that ICE has violated more court orders in January 2026 alone than “some federal agencies have violated in their entire existence.” (At least 96 orders violated so far.) The lawless and unconstitutional federal government wants the public to believe those resisting them are against law & order, but only resistance can restore it.

Judge in Minnesota says ICE has violated nearly 100 court orders The broadside by Judge Patrick J. Schiltz came in a ruling in which he temporarily rescinded an order he had issued summoning the acting director of ICE, to appear in court.

Any serious Democratic member of Congress should be able to very easily imagine redistributing any necessary investigative & enforcement functions of ICE to any number of other better suited federal agencies, instead of pretending that it would be impossible to abolish and dismantle the agency because then 100% of its functions would just not be performed anymore. That is a laughable claim and I don't think they actually believe it either.
