The Gardening For Good Project was a success! The flowers on the Cover Page are the ones we grew. The Golden Living Center Nursing Home in West Newton, MA received vases full of these flowers. We really brightened up their lobby and created a cheerful environment for the residents. The organic vegetables that grew in the garden were delivered to the Newton Food Pantry. They were very thankful to receive our donation. We not only learned about environmentally friendly gardening practices, but also extended our hearts to do a little good for our community. Thank you to all the volunteers who made it a great project!
