Staging houses… Telling stories. We love doing both. This mint green room had a built in ironing board and some narrow, awkward shelving. We took the inherent personality of the space and brought in the elements to give it purpose. . #🕷 #🐖

A glimpse into how different this expansive primary bedroom looked before it was staged. Larger scale furniture, a rug layered on top of the carpet and a new orientation for the bed- all made the room feel fine tuned. #🐖

Integrated stagings are always a challenge but ALWAYS worthwhile. Making the magic happen here was a focused effort between the super-proactive sellers, an experienced sales team, a flexible and accommodating moving company, dependable painters, electricians and landscapers… (and us!) So excited to see how the rest of the story unfolds. #🐖

Paint is, hands down, the best upgrade you can make when selling your home. Benjamin Moore Nimbus, Olympic Mountains and French Beret all came to the rescue in this house. Without painting the staging would still have been beneficial but not nearly in the same way. #🐖
