As we prepare for what comes next, how will you BE? Who will BE in your network of beloved community? What will BE the practices that will see you and us through?
Applications close THIS SUNDAY for our three signature Fall fellowships: BLAC, JWOC & WDR.
BLAC: (Black Leaders Allied for Change) Cohort, a space for Black women executives, philanthropic leaders, and senior professionals to deepen their capacity for living and leading from a vantage point of Liberatory Practice. An opportunity to claim and explore Black and Brown women's birthright of wellness within a diverse and dynamic network of leaders.
JWOC: (Jewish and Women of Color Resilience Circle)
a multifaith space that creates leadership conditions for Black
women and women of color to experience six months of sustained wellness and rest. A sacred space that provides tools, resources, teachers and conditions that aid healing, repair and transformation of the mind, body and soul.
And WDR: (White Women+ Dismantling Racism) a space
for white women+ anti-racist practitioners to explore the impacts of race, class and gender identity on building intentional relationships as allies and accomplices to BIPOC women leaders. A dynamic, warm and welcoming space for white
women to prepare with other white women to shift power dynamics and deepen partnership with Black Women and Women of Color.
As Tricia Hersey says so beautifully in "Rest is Resistance"
"You were not just born to center your entire existence on work and labor. You were born to heal, to grow, to be of service to yourself and community, to practice, to experiment, to create, to have space, to dream, and to connect.."
We welcome you to join us in discovery of what you/we were born to BE!
You can find an application to join our beloved communities and fellowships at the links below.

As we head into the weekend, it is imperative that we focus on our BEing. Our liberation requires us to become aware of and dismantle the inevitable ways systems of domination live in us. Through releasing old, habitual, behavioral contracts that uphold white supremacy in ourselves and others and building new embodied competencies, we reclaim our bodies and inhabit our lives ever more fully and intentionally.
The words of our sis-stars, in Dimensions produced film "Black Women at Rest", echo in our minds. This serves as a reminder that rest and happiness is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

We are gathering BIPOC women to rest and experience abundance!
Dimensions Educational Consulting is launching its fourth JWOC Resilience Circle. This year, we are looking for women leaders who are looking to recover their freedom, build their liberatory journeys and learn radical self-love, and healing.
Across three retreats, women leaders are invited to develop a community practice for sharing their diverse narratives, revisiting their personal ecology, exploring their spiritual traditions, and valuing their diverse entry points to activism within contemporary social justice sectors.
Applications close, on July 21st, apply here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc33UIJKDE4W8f0ROEXRPILXm2mNs4Xx-Cqmp6CRmTGnvAOAg/viewform

Are you a Black executive looking for community and exploring rest? Dimensions project, BLAC (Black Leaders Allied for Change) is the space for you. The program creates space for Black women executives, philanthropic leaders, and senior professionals to deepen their capacity for antiracism and Liberatory Practice within a diverse and dynamic network of Black and brown women leaders.
BLAC gives shape to what a Black woman’s BEing holds beyond her DOing. BLAC convenes experts in the field of racial equity and beyond to explore resources that center the necessity of Black women’s joy, peace, wholeness, and well-being as measurable outcomes for successful racial equity work. All cohort sessions are virtual, except for the Facing Race conference on November 19th-22nd 2024 in St. Louis, MO.
