MGD+ Founder and Principal Manager Mariana Dagatti and her family rode the final leg of the Tour de France—the Monaco to Nice stage—at the 2024 Together Stronger Summit Climb. Together Stronger unites victims and those affected by terrorism across Europe in an annual sporting challenge to honor those lost and stand in solidarity with those still on their healing journey. By raising awareness and supportive funds, Together Stronger transforms pain into a force for change, strength, and resilience.

There has been a re-emergence of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in Massachusetts as residents continue to face a housing shortage and steep home prices. Our latest post explores the design possibilities for ADUs—secondary residential structures on the same lot as a primary residence—and the potential value and versatility they can add to a home. 🔗 in bio⬆️

Our design for this mixed-use, multifamily property in Newton, MA, demonstrates our commitment to finding innovative solutions for building challenges and limitations within a neighborhood. Plans for a 10-unit, mixed-use development were approved with a special permit, allowing for an inviting new community with underground parking that provides more open space and landscape.
