Here are some fun and helpful tips to help everyone have an AMAZING Field Day on Monday, June 8th at Stratton Elementary School!

☀️ Dress for Success

* Wear comfortable clothes you can run and play in
* Tennis shoes are best for all the activities
* Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen if it’s sunny!

💧 Stay Hydrated

* Bring a labeled water bottle
* Drink water often throughout the day

🍎 Eat a Good Breakfast

* Fuel your body with a healthy breakfast so you have energy for all the fun

😊 Show Good Sportsmanship

* Cheer on your classmates
* Encourage others and be kind
* Remember: Field Day is about FUN, teamwork, and trying your best!

🎽 Be Ready to Move

* Stretch before activities
* Listen carefully to teachers and volunteers
* Follow directions to stay safe
